Open your DVT invitation email first. If you already chose a password, use that password to resume authenticator setup. An expired temporary password needs a new account invitation from support.
Password or account access problem? Request account recovery. A platform administrator will verify your identity before any change. Never send passwords or codes.

Use this reset form if you already chose your own password. For first-time setup with a temporary password, open your newest invitation and select Finish account setup. Password reset does not reset your authenticator. If the temporary password itself expired, contact support.
